At HOMVORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To request a return, contact us at shophomvora@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

Eligible Returns

We accept returns if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items caused after delivery.
• Products without original packaging.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Return requests made after 7 days.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
